The full band line-up for 2008 is now online (On Stage) this year we have a varied mix to hopefully give everyone something they like. rock, ska, punk, blues, rockabilly and more....
On Saturday bands will be playing in the Iris Stage from 1pm. in the afternoon.

carrynowtcamping are offering a service at stormin' this year were you can have a 4 man tent with roll mats already set-up ready for your arrival.

No Pedestrians

As a condition of the licence, Stormin’ is now
a ‘NO PEDESTRIAN ENTRY’ event.

On your first arrival you MUST arrive on a bike/ trike or be in a vehicle with a pre booked car permit. All passengers of the vehicle MUST have a pre-booked ticket. If you have a pre-booked event ticket, but park a vehicle on the roadside rather than use the official car park, you will be classed as a pedestrian, and will be refused entry. Once you have a wristband you will no longer be classed as a pedestrian for the purposes of the event. Tickets will only be available on the gate to those arriving on bikes or trikes.

No Colours to be worn on site.
No Glass to be brought on site.

New Site

We can officially announce that we have been granted
the license for our new site.
Stormin' The Castle 2008
will be on the 5th, 6th & 7th of September.
The new site is alongside the A688 at Streatlam
between Staindrop and Barnard Castle.

Full details to be posted later this week meanwhile here is a link to google maps showing the location.

Please note the the site is only the one large field with the yellow marker. We are not using any adjacent fields or property.
The entrance to the field is in the top lest hand corner. This is an interactive map, you can zoom in and out or change to road map using the controls provided.

Levellers Back for 2008

The advert in the May edition of BSH was not authorised by the Stormin' Committee. The website will be updated with correct information as soon as possible.
We are still waiting for the licencing process to be completed.

Stormin' DVD

A number of people have been inquiring about the Stormin' 2007 DVD.
The Stormin' DVD was filmed by an independent company. We have no control over when it will come out, but keep asking them!
